Apple pie
Crust:
225 g Butter
100 ml ice cold water
1-2 tbs* sugar
1 tsp* sugar
Filling:
6 big apples
1 cup sugar
3 tbs cornstarch
1-2 tbs lemon juice
Nutmeg
Cinnamon
on the crust.
Enjoy!

- Mix flour and salt. Add butter and water. Make a dough and put it in the fridge.
- Peel and cut apples and mix with sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice, nutmeg and cinnamon.
- Take the dough out of the fridge and make a crust. Put the apple filling and some butter
on the crust.
- Bake!
